Life is hard, even when it's going well.

And then there are the times that it isn't going well, and we need to expand our network of care. Therapy is a helpful process in both times of life. I work to connect with you, follow your needs, support you in the growth and transformation you crave, and help you through the discomfort that change can bring. I believe in the closeness of dualities, such as trauma and resilience, crying and laughing, masculine and feminine, and seeking ways to get these dualities into better communication and a more symbiotic relationship with one another.

I am trained in Somatic Psychotherapy, and I have special expertise in working with artists, trauma, LGBTQ community and allies, social justice, anxiety and mood disorders, psychosis, and the human condition.  I have worked in Community Mental Healthcare since 2000.  Social Justice and Anti-Oppression work is vital to the work I do, and how I engage with people in therapy, and in the world.

“If you have come here to help me, you are wasting your time.

But if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.”
